Nice contest for programers - tell to your friends(programers) about it



Administration is happy to announce a photo contest- IT H2O 
In order to participate in the contest you must send a photo which will explore the “Tech sphere for nature” 
ILP page wants to prove that technology greatly contributes to the idea of natural landscape inviolability, struggling for nature and healthy lifestyle development.
The photos must be under copyright law.
Requirements
- The participant must be seen on the photo, and the photo must explore “Technology for nature” context.
-The photo must be accompanied by photo name, 1-2 sentence brief description, participants name and the country where the photo was taken in.
-Send the photos from now to July 20.
The results will be announced at July 23.
The best 15 photos will be selected and the photo with most likes will win. The winner will get the following prizes.
- Possibility of sharing posts in ILP page (thematic only) for one month
-Symbolic album with 10 best photos
-Participation certificate and different souvenirs with “IT H20” logo 
ILP is exciting to receive your deep meaning photos and is expecting active participation from your side. We want to prove with this contest that the love for nature is not only based on profession!

Recover deleted contacts from android

When we acidently delete or lose the contacts from our Android phone we put all the blame to the phone. We become mad because we may lost lots of contacts. But don't worry, it's possible to recover the lost contacts.

-} It might be possible that your contacts aren't deleted

First you need open the Contacts, then click on the three dot hamburger symbol located at the top right corner. Now select Contacts to display and make sure that you have selected All contacts. Now return and check whether you got your contacts back or not.
If it’s back then it wasn’t deleted or lost, it was just hidden.


-} You can recover deleted contacts with Gmail

You can recover the deleted contacts,if your device is synced with Google account. You can restore up-to 30 days old contacts deleted intentionally or unintentionally. Here you are the method to recover deleted contact with Gmail in 3 steps:

1. Sign in using the same Gmail-id that you have used to register your Android device.

2. Now click on Gmail drop-down menu located at left corner and select Contacts.

3. Now click on More and then select Restore contacts. Here you can select time to restore the contacts or you can fill the time by selecting custom.

Test your internet speed

Fast.com is a simple internet connection speed test tool launched by Netflix. It tells you the real-time download speeds and gives you a link to compare your results with the famous Ookla’s Speedtest.net. Netflix says that it measures your current download speed by performing a series of downloads from Netflix servers.

To check the internet connection speeds, numerous broadband tests are available and they have their own specialties.

While many of you might be using Ookla’s Speedtest from time to time, Netflix is here with the simplest internet connection speed test ever called fast.com.

Gotthard Tunnel-the longest tunnel in the world

Few days ago in Switzerland was opened the longest tunnel in the world. Gotthard goes 57 km through The Alps and it connects the two beautiful villages Erstfeld and Bodio.

After 17 years building, the Gotthard tunnel is finaly ready for use. About 28 millions tones of rocks were removed from The Alps with enormous machines.
It's planned 260 freight trains to go through the tunnel daily, which would use less power and would go faster.

In this project have worked about 2600 workers and were spent 4 millions hours of work. Switzerland, also known with it's precision and accuracy, ended the project 1 year earlier.


With ending the Gotthard Tunnel, Switzerland have the first place as a country with the longest underground railway tunnel in the world.
